How to submit news and information If you have an upcoming event, a calendar item, know an interesting person, have just received an honor or award, please email the basic information: who, what, where, when, why and how, if applicable. Make sure you include a phone number that can be published for the PUBLIC to call for additional information, as well as a MEDIA CONTACT number for us to call if we have further questions. We do reserve the right to edit all submitted news release information. (If you have a specific event with specific wording, please consider our reasonable advertising rates.)

Please copy and paste the text from your news release, calendar item, etc. in the BODY of the email message. Do NOT attach a file - due to viruses, if we don't know you, we may not open the attachment. If you need assistance with copying and pasting, please email us and we will send you a step-by-step guide.

You will usually get an email response that we have received your email news release. You are welcome to email us to ask whether the information will be used, and the expected date of publication.

You may also "pitch" story ideas to us - simply write it in an email, tell us about the story idea, contact names, numbers and email addresses, and a way to reach you.
